I am a new driver and already have three points. I have received a NIP for speeding. What will happen if I get any more points?
I am currently a probationary driver i.e my full driver's licence is less than a year old. I received 3 points when I was caught driving with my provisional licence. I have since aquired my full driver's licence. I am writing you because I have just received a notification letter from the police claiming that I was driving at 38mph in a 30mph area. What will happen if I get any more points?
Sorry but you are going to get your licence revoked and you will have to do a full re-test if these points go on your licence. The only chance you have is to ask for a Court hearing and try and get the Court to give you a short ban rather than the points. We specialise in making these applications to the Court and at the time of writing have a 90% success rate in helping new drivers avoid revocation.
