I got pulled by the police for driving on my own with a provisional licence. I have now passed my test but have received a summons. Will I lose my licence?

I got pulled over by the police in April while driving on my own with a provisional licence. I then passed my test in May and got my full licence. I have now received a summons to Court. What will happen to me? I am scared of losing my licence.

You face three points and a fine of a couple of hundred pounds if you have only been summonsed for driving not in accordance with a licence. Have you been summonsed for a no insurance offence too? In which case you face 6-8 points and a much bigger fine.
