I had my driving licence revoked because I got six points within two years of passing my test. I have now passed my test again but will my licence come back with the points still on it?
Yes the points will stay on for three years from the date of the offence. Therefore if you get six more points you could get a six month ban, but you can't be revoked again. That can only happen once.
