I have been banned for three years for dangerous driving. Can I get the length of the ban reduced?
A year ago I received a three year ban for dangerous driving. Can I get the length of the disqualification reduced as I need my licence for work reasons?
Yes you can apply for the ban to be lifted after you have served at least two years of it. You have to apply to the Court that made the Order in the first place. We have to say that they rarely grant the application because the Court doesn't like to interfere with the original sentence but if it is really important then give it a go.
