I have been fined for having one wheel in a bus lane. Should I appeal this?

I have received a fine for being in a bus lane but the photo clearly shows I had only one wheel over the line. Therefore how can it be said that I was in the bus lane? Shall I argue this one?

In general the leeway given to drivers that stray into a bus lane is approximately zero.

Even on the line is 'in'.

You can appeal to the Council. It won't cost you anything as the reduced fee deadline is stopped when the Council  receive your letter and will restart when they reply back to you should they reject your appeal, which they probably will.
