I have recently purchased a road-legal Quadzilla 450RS Quad bike. Can I legally carry on a passenger on the road?

It depends how many seats are detailed on the log book or on the type approval. Most quads are not designed to carry passengers as it unbalances them. You will also need to check with your insurer. If the log book or type approval says "driver only" or single seat or similar you will also be committing an insurance offence.
