My partner just got caught by a policeman using a radar/laser gun doing 75mph in a 40mph zone. Can you tell me the worst that could happen please? He already has 3 points and he's had his licence for over two years. He had a licence for nearly a year before that but it was revoked as he got 6 points.
He won't get revoked again. It can only happen once and he is outside the two years in any event.
However he is at risk of a ban of up to 56 days due to the speed he was travelling at.
