What is the procedure for exporting a car from the UK to Poland for a Polish national?
What is the procedure about buying a car in the UK and taking it to Poland to register and use over there. Are there any DVLA charges or paperwork required?
There is no export duty but the Polish authorities charge excise duty for imported vehicles which they call an ecological tax and is based on the cubic capacity of the vehicle.

They also issue you with Polish plates.
