Licence not revoked for this young driver at risk of six points

Roadside Lawyer defence means new driver avoids having licence revoked when facing six points

This young driver risked having their licence revoked under the Road Traffic (New Drivers) Act 1995 for receiving 6 penalty points.

If this occurs the process is mandatory and there is no appeal. The Roadside Lawyer presented him with an improved defence and mitigation which persuaded the magistrates not to issue penalty points on this occasion but to issue a short ban and a fine but he did not need to resit his test.

Just writing to thank you on your advice. I had my court case today and I received a 7 day ban and an £80 fine. Better than having to do my test again isn't it? Thanks and cheers!
