I would like to pass on my great thanks to you after having a NIP cancelled after sending off your 'NIP out of date' letter. This coupled with the general advice contained within your site were responsible for having this notice cancelled despite it being issued just a single day late.
 
Everyone I've spoken to admits that they'd simply have paid up in the same circumstances. Keep up the great work.
