Skilled defence means driver escapes ban

Mitigation established for driver facing ban for due care and attention charge. Represented in court, escapes ban and receives 4 penalty points instead

This driver faced a ban on a "driving without due car and attention charge." The accident in which he was involved resulted in an injury to a bus driver and several bus occupants. Witnesses claimed he was responsible.

The case was thoroughly reviewed by Roadside Lawyer solicitors and the driver was represented in court. As a result while some culpability was attached to his actions, he retained his licence and received only four penalty points.

Dear Emma,
Thank you very much for your help regarding my case. You took a lot of stress and pressure off me. Georgina made life easier to me before and during the hearing. Regarding feedback after being through this experience I highly recommend people attending Magistrates Courts to get represented. It is really helpful. Regarding your service, in my view it is excellent.

Many, many thanks for you Emma and thank you for your nice letter.
